You will need to swap out the keyed lever with a closed lever, and there will be additional parts needed to complete the conversion.
On the ND80, remove the outside lever and cylinder.
For conventional cylinder insert key rotate 90 degrees, insert pin wrench tool to remove the outside lever.
For Interchangeable cores, using the control key remove core, then use the pin wrench tool to remove the outside lever.

Closed lever (A) - depending on lever style needed, different part numbers are available. Please see the current Price Book or contact Mechanical Lock Support at 877-671-7011 Option 2, then Option 1, for assistance.
(CC) - Spring, Plunger - C503-331 (Have to order in multiplies of 50)
(DD) - Catch Stop - N523-041

After Catch Stop and Spring Plunger is installed in the spindle, fully seat the closed lever onto the spindle, and install complete outside assembly onto existing chassis. Finish by installing into the door.
