How do you complete a device inclusion with Smartthings?

The following steps are used when adding a device to a Smartthings Z-Wave hub.

  1. Open the Smartthings app
  2. From the app Home screen, select Devices
  3. Select the (+) in the top right of the app 
  4. Select Partner device
  5. Filter by brand and select schlage
  6. Select View by model name
  7. Select the appropriate device that you are pairing
  8. Select your hub you are pairing with and press next. 
  9. The app will ask you to perform the device specific inclusion process.
