How do you add a new device to the Engage site and add it to a device group?

To add a new device to the Engage site, you will commission it using the Engage Mapp while standing in front of the device. 

After logging into the Engage Mapp, under devices select the + sign and follow the prompts. 

After adding the device to your site, you can add it to your device group from the web portal.  You cannot add it from the Engage Mapp. 

In the web portal, under Devices, click on Device Group to see the groups and modify the groups.

After adding the lock to the device group, you must sync all the door in the device group with the Mapp, so it knows it’s part of that device group.
