How do I unlock my user account in Pure Access Manager?

A user account with web access in Pure Access Manager can become ‘locked-out’ after a number of unsuccessful login attempts.  In this case, click on forgot Password and you will be sent a link to change your password.

It that does not work you have to make sure the SMTP settings are correct.  Here is a link to the online user manual about the SMTP settings:
