Running an Access Point Permissions report will show you what each fob as access to regardless of the name. The Name of the access point will populate on the left under “Access Point”, the persons with access will show up under the “users” column, and the access rules will populate on the far-right column under “rules”. You will be able to see who has access to which access point. When they move out, you can rename the fob according to the unit number.
