How do I replace a Schlage device in a Pure Access Cloud tenant?

The MAC address is greyed out in the Edit Access Point window.

Unlike with Isonas devices, Schlage access points cannot be replaced via MAC replacement.

- Commission the new device to the tenant with the Engage mobile app.  Name it the same as the access point to be replaced but with an added clarifier like "NEW".

- Copy the device settings to match those of the original access point

- Assign the access point to the same access point groups as the original device

- Assign the access point to any weekly rules that the original device was signed to individually

- If the access point has ASM enabled, you will need to reset the ASM and pair it to the new device*

- Once you have confirmed that all the device settings and assignments were copied over to the new access point, compile.

- Once you have confirmed the functionality of the new device is correct, delete the original access point and remove the "NEW" from the new access point name, if you wish.
