How do I rekey a 914KIL trim?

The method to re-key is to unscrew the cap on the back(914KIL cylinder picture), insert the key & turn 90 degrees, and then push the plug out with a follower bar slowly. The plug will have all the bottom pins in it which you can replace, and if you need to replace the top pins you slowly back out the follower bar and replace each chamber 1 by 1.
