To connect the NDEB/LEB devices to your Wi-Fi, log into the Engage mobile app on your mobile device.
Go to the device you want to connect to your Wi-Fi.
Click on the name of the device, then click more.
Once it connects then click on Settings.
Under General, click on Wi-Fi. You can enable the wi-fi and type in the SSID and password.
Make sure you are connecting to the 2.4GHz speed, the lock will not connect to the 5GHz speed.
Wi-fi is only used once a night to call our to the Engage servers to upload the audits and download any changes from the software.
