How do I get a Size 1 (ADA) closer to close against air pressure?

If an Size 1 (ADA) closer is set to 5 lbs. opening force, it will only have about 3 lbs. (60/70%) closing force. If the closer will not close against air pressure, but the ADA requirements have to be met, they may have to change to an automatic operator with a "power boost" option (Senior Swing) if there is that much pressure. If ADA does not have to be met you can increase the spring power on the end of the closer.
