Someone of authority (owner, officer, high level manager, etc.) from the end user organization will need to provide a letter on company stationary that includes:
- Name of the Pure Access Cloud tenant
- Short description of the situation explaining why the tenant cannot be accessed
- Name and email addresses of each individual they would like to be given admin web-access
- A wet signature on the letter
The letter should be submitted via email to [email protected]
Once the letter is received it would need to be approved by sales / management before any new users could be created.
