How do I find the NDE MAC address?

You can only see the MAC address of the NDE lock by connecting to the lock with your phone APP.
 
Go to the lock, launch the Engage APP. 
Log into the correct site.
Under Devices, click on the door name, then More.
Once you connect to the lock, click on Setting then Advanced under the General Settings.
You will see the MAC address in that list.
 
You can also see it on the label behind the battery pack.
