How do I convert the XceedID card Hex Data that appears in the card detail window of the SUS Diagnostic software?

XceedID 37 bit conversion example
Sample hex data: 82DB2710
Convert the diagnostic data from hex to binary (use the Windows calculator as opposed to the Proxilator utility)

Convert the diagnostic data from hex to binary (use the Windows calculator as opposed to the Proxilator utility).

Remove the last 6 bits creating a 26 bit number.
