The Engage MT20w Enrollment reader can be connected to the PC or Laptop you are using with the Engage Web Portal.
The USB connector is only used to send power to the MT20w and also allows use of the Bluetooth Communication mode for card enrollments.
However, you must first use the Engage Phone app to commission the MT20w to your Engage site.
Open the Engage Phone app, click on devices and then Add (click on + ) to commission the MT20w, follow the prompts to finish.
