If you want the codes in their BE499 to have the same names in both the Schlage Home App and the HomeKit app, simply edit the names in the HomeKit app by pressing and holding the icon for the lock,select Accessory Details, and then hit the edit button above the list of names (showing "unknown" in HK) this will allow you to see the code and change the name accordingly. The name of the code should then appear in both apps' history listings as the same thing.
