To change the e-mail address associated with your Schlage Home account, you will need to delete the current account and sign up with a new e-mail account.
To delete your account, open the Schlage Home app and tap on the menu on the top left. Tap on My Account. Tap on Delete Account.
You can then create a new account with the new e-mail address and after performing a factory reset on the lock you can pair the lock to the new account.
