The special enrollment template, which will match with all other templates, consists of a 20 byte array.
The first 18 bytes of the array contain values of 0xFE. The last two bytes contain 0x00. If you adopt our convention of using ‘[‘ and ‘]’ to show the boundaries of the array and commas to separate array values, the special enrollment template looks like this:
