Getting Error 413 on Engage Desktop App.

This can occur with some updates/changes to your operating system, firewall or VPN. 
Please ask your IT team about firewall or VPN changes.

Here are a couple of fixes:

1. Delete/Uninstall the Engage Desktop App.  Re-download and install. 
        Click here for the download link. 
        Click on Downloads & Resources, then click on MT20W USB
              Mode Desk App.

2. Connect to the MT20W using your Engage mobile app, change the
        USB to Wi-Fi mode.

3.  You can also try to reinstall the same version of the firmware onto the MT20W.
