Full Size Interchangeable core will not seat in AD993 Spring cage spindle

This only applies to early 993 units. Current product does not use the spacer.
A small square spacer is utilized in the Spindle slot on the Exit trim AD locks ADXXX-993.
This spacer may dislodge and fall into the spindle during shipping or installation. This will cause interference when attempting to install the Full Size core.

Remove the insert and reinsert the spacer into spindle cut out.


Verify that the Lever and spring cage are the correct combination for FSIC.
