For the PRO5196 is there a way to disable the lock and unlock buttons on the inside door lock cover?
There is no way to disable the lock and unlock switches on the lock.
The lock and unlock buttons are integrated onto the lock main control board, and are engaged by the through case buttons on the lock cover.
However, if a plain lock cover is available that does not include the through buttons, then using this cover hides the lock and unlock switches and they are not able to be engaged from the inside door lock.
