Firmware issue on M490DE, unit does not lock or respond to any inputs

In early production  firmware in the M490DE units was updated at the factory due to a revision and some of the units that were flashed did not take the firmware update. The result is an M490DE unit that does not lock or respond to any inputs out of the box. If you get a call regarding an M490DE that does not lock, light up, or respond at all, please perform the following check.
 
Check the coil voltage at j2 (4 pin white coil connector). All will read the full supply voltage if this issue is present.
