Express - software freezes when generating program files or accessing audit information

Possible corrupt door or audit file in sync folder location. 
Delete door files and audit files (files with a .D and .A and .K extenstion) in the sync folder location  of ActiveSync on XP or Windows Moblie Device Center on Vista and Windows 7.
Once deleted, you will be able to click on "Generate Program Files"
