Engage Error: reached max users, unable to enroll new users at lock.

    They have reach the number users that can be assigned to the door. 
       OR
     We had an issue a while back where you would that message, but they only had like 10-20 user, so in that case.. 
            you will have to a long press of the sync button to send a full download to the lock.
