Don’t see “Schlage Lock” when trying to add in the ENGAGE application

  • Battery cover is not installed

  • Tamper switch is damaged

  • Forgot to turn the inside lever (RTX)

  • RTX & Motor cable is not plugged up, didn’t see RTX

  • Your device (smart phone) BLE is OFF, go to settings and turn ON

  • Your device (smart phone) does not have BLE, check supported list

  • Lock is not in FDR mode, it is in construction, repeat FDR

  • NDE is already commissioned in a different account

  • Device cache is confused, turn your device (smart phone) BLE OFF and back ON, or power cycle the device
