Don’t see my NDE lock after it is commissioned and linked to the gateway.

Once the NDE is commissioned and linked to the Gateway, it will not show up in the Connect screen of the ENGAGE mobile app.

To reconnect to the NDE, we have to temporarily de-link the lock from the Gateway.

Here are the temporary de-link steps:

While holding the interior lever, present a credential to the lock.

As soon as you see the orange LED, release the lever.

Refreshing the Connect screen in the app, the lock will broadcast the bluetooth for up to 30 seconds. 

Once you see it on the list, you can click on it to connect. 

After you disconnect from the lock, it will link back up to the Gateway.
