Does Steelcraft prime paint doors and frame?

All Steelcraft Frame, Door and Architectural Stick components will receive one coat of sprayed-on factory paint which is a baked-on, rust-inhibited primer that conforms to the industry standard ANSI A250.10 test procedure. Prior to prime paint the products are thoroughly cleaned and treated (phosphatized[also known as bonderize]).

Steelcraft primer is a water based rust-inhibited primer, and it is the only offered primer option.

Doors and frames can be shipped without prime paint but these products must be fabricated from galvannealed steel.
