Does Lock and Leave on a BE367 or FE210 work if the battery is Low?

If the battery is Low (between 6.1 volts and 6.5 volts): the SPED will give the Low Battery Warning (nine red LED blinks/nine beeps), then engage the outside thumb turn. The bolt can then be extended.

If the battery is Critical (6.0 volts or below): the SPED will give the Critical Battery Warning (12 red LED blinks/12 beeps); the outside thumb turn will not engage, and the bolt cannot be extended from the outside.
