If you disable an integrator level web access, you will have to go into each and every one of your subtenants and disable that users web access.
Any active integrator users in the parent tenant will automatically be added as integrator users when a subtenant is created.
When a new integrator web-access user is added to the parent RMR tenant, that does not trickle down to the subtenants. That individual would need to be added to each tenant as a user and given web-access to each tenant that they need access to.
When a user is deactivated from the parent RMR tenant; that does not trickle down to the subtenants. If they have access to any subtenants, they would need to be deactivated from each subtenant individually.
