Does any of the Ives VR trims work with non-IR exit devices?

You will need to check with the other manufacturer.  Check the template for the other manufacturer to see if the hole pattern for the trim and the cylinder location would match up.  The VR trim could be mounted separately from the exit device or a special VR trim could be made at an additional charge.
