Cylinder cap pin hole breaking out on the cylinder when used with the Schlage ND75 or ND95.
The ND75/95 can be placed into a situation where the chassis bottoms out. Lift up on one lever and down on the other, the chassis bottoms out before the levers hit on the springcage stops. When this happens additional force is applied on the cap pin in the cylinder with a potential for breakage.
