CTE cache mode UI

There is no Cache mode on CTE when using the Engage platform.

When using Engage Managed account, CTE LINKS with IP Gateway only, and IP mode makes the decision at the door. IP mode has no cache mode or cache UI.

If Ethernet COM is lost, it means the decision at the door continues with the door file. Audits events are buffered until Ethernet COM is back up for reporting. No UI changes occurs during this IP COM loss state. 

Monitor COM loss with the SAM software to see Ethernet COM loss reports.

 CTE does not support RSI mode, where cache is used during a panel COM loss.
