Here is a guide on how to create an account and how to sign in.
Press the Create Account button below the Sign In bar.
Enter your Name.
Enter your email--This field is case sensitive.
Enter your password--This field is case sensitive.
Then hit the Create Account bar.
A Verification code will be sent to that email. Retrieve the code and enter into the screen then hit Confirm.
If you do not receive the verification code within 5 minutes, Click Here for assistance getting the Verification code.
Enter your email address.
Enter your password.
Be aware both are case sensitive and must match how the information for originally entered.
The phone and the Schlage Home app must be up to date with the latest software. If your phone cannot be updated, the app may not work and verification codes or emails may not be delivered reliably.
