Can you mount 2010 closers with center pivots?

The standard 2010 Instructions have a template for mounting with the center pivots from Ives.  Instructions here.

Special templates for mounting with center pivots by others manufacturers are available.

  • Special Template ST-3536 is used to mount a 2010 closer with Rixson center pivots. Will not work with "Hold Open"
  • Special Template ST-3172 - special for 7/8 "CTR to CTR" for closer and track with Rixson center pivots.
  • Special Template ST-1418 is used to mount a 2010 closer with center pivots on a 26" door.
