Can you manually verify that the Schlage Encode is connected to a network?

To do this you will press and release the inside button under the battery cover. The locks reaction will tell you the status of the network pairing.

No WiFi Issues - Lock is connected to Access Point and Cloud without any issue.
Inside Blue LED blinks once for 3 seconds 

Issue - Lock not connected to Access Point/Router.
Inside Red LED blinks once for 3 seconds 

Issue - Lock connected to Access Point, but not able to connect to our Cloud.
Inside Red LED blinks once for 3 seconds, then followed by Inside Blue LED blinking once for 3 seconds
