Can the IP address filtering cause issues connecting the Schlage Encode to the network?

The Schlage Encode can be impacted by the networks IP address filtering. If you are experiencing commissioning errors when connecting the lock to Wi-Fi we recommend that you disable IP filtering and try the pairing steps again.
