Can the inside push button operate on an AD300 with a 40 function using a PIB-300, or is it required to use RS-485?

The AD300 must be connected to a 485 partner that has the capability of understanding the IPB.  Not all partners utilize the IPB. The PIB300 will not let the IPB work due to the Wiegand communication. Weigand will only transmit the card data and not the other features of the lock.
