Can't tap anything on the HHD screen,; Screen unresponsive

 Ensure the HHD  in  "Hold " mode. The hold slide button is located on the left side of the HHD. Ensure that the hold slide control is in the up position. Down will effectively lock the unit disabling screen actions and push button activations
