Schlage locks can rekeyed to other "C" keyways, including Kwikset, Weiser, Titan.
You will need to contact a locksmith to rekey your locks. In order to complete the rekeying, a Weiser Conversion Key Kit (40-094) or a Titan/Kwikset Conversion Key Kit (40-090) is necessary.
Schlage doesn't maintain a list of which Locksmiths/Retailers have the conversion kits, though any that carry Schlage have the option of having it. Most Menard's retail stores will have the conversion kit and it is common for other Big Box retailers to also have the kit available.
Authorized dealers such as Home Depot, Lowe's or Ace Hardware may offer rekeying services, and it is recommended to call ahead and inquire with each individual store if this option is available.
