Can I order the MT20 with a different configuration already loaded?

Resolution:

There are 4 available output formats for the MT20 which can be ordered preprogrammed or flashed in the field with a configuration card.  By default, the output for the MT20 is for Engage (CE-401-073 = Hexadecimal Output).  Unless ordered otherwise, the MT20 will come programmed with the Engage output.  If the MT20 was not ordered with the desired output, configuration cards can be ordered and used to flash the MT20 in the field.  To order the MT20 programmed with another output format or to order configuration cards, the following configuration codes will have to be noted on the PO:

o   CE-401-060 = Facility Code and Badge ID Output / Keyboard emulation.  This particular output includes both the facility code and the badge ID.  The output stream will display the facility code (variable length) and then the badge ID (9 digits with leading zeroes if needed).  Example with FC 55 and Badge ID 1546 = 5500000154.

o   CE-401-061 = Octal Output for use with Schlage Express. The output stream is the bit format calculated into an octal form. Example with FC 55 and Badge ID 1546 = 0000000633406025

o   CE-401-069 = Badge ID only Output / Keyboard emulation. This output will simply show the badge ID (9 digits with leading zeroes if needed).  Example with FC 55 and Badge ID 1546 = 000001546

o   CE-401-073 = Hexadecimal Output for use with Engage (default). The output is the raw card data in hexadecimal format.  On Allegion smart cards, it also outputs the card format, facility code, and badge ID.  Example with FC 55 and Badge ID 1546 (smart) = 9B830540;26A;55;1546;.  Example with FC 55 and Badge ID 1546 (proximity) = 9B830540;
