Can I migrate from Pure Access Manager to Pure Access Cloud?

There is no automated way to migrate from Pure Access Manager to Pure Access Cloud. The move entails manually rebuilding the users, user groups, access points, access point groups and weekly rules in Pure Access Cloud. Users can be imported into Pure Access Cloud, but generating a User Import File from Pure Access Manager can be challenging since there are not filters for active vs deactivated users and credentials when you run a ‘Users’ report.

Isonas Technical Support can help by building the User Import File for you, which will only include active users and active credentials, but we will need to schedule a phone call and a remote session with the Pure Access Manger server so that we can download the database tables needed for generating the file. We can also include user groups for each user if the existing installation will be mirrored on Pure Access Cloud.
