If you have updated to the ADT Control system and failed to exclude your BE469/BE469 IR, WK and NX models from a previous Z-Wave hub follow these instructions. In the ADT Control App Select the Menu (three line) and choose device > Select add device and allow it to fail the pairing > You will receive a "Something Went Wrong!" error > Select continue > Press Schlage, enter your 6 digit programming code and then 0. This will then allow you the ability to pair to your ADT Control system.
