Can an ND lock be mounted on a 1-3/4 EO door?

If the door is standard thickness, but the lock is not centered in the door, the lock should be adjusted for a non standard door thickness. There are limits to the adjustment - 2.00", 2-1/8".

  • Example 1 - Door is 134, CL to the outside is 1", adjust the lock for a 2.00" thick door
  • Example 2 - Door is 134, CL to outside is 1.125", adjust the lock for a 2-1/8" door

For a door that is 1-3/4" but is "extended inside" where the CL to the outside is between 1/2" to 5/8", adjust the lock for the 1-5/8" door adjustment setting.

For 1-3/8" doors, the locks should be adjusted for the normal door thickness and use (2) XN12-012 spacers on each side.
