Can AD locks be set to failsafe when no power is to them?

The only lock that will change state in a power loss is the AD300 because it has the capacitor on the COM300 board (no power, no motor), the capacitor stores enough voltage to pulse the motor upon power loss.  All other AD locks only have a fail mode if the batteries reach a critically low state. The lock will use the last bit of voltage to pulse the motor to a specific fail mode.
