Can a Schlage Full Size Interchangeable Core be ordered 0-bitted?

Schlage Full Size Interchangeable Cores (FSIC) are supplied 1-bitted when 0-bitted is requested.

Although it is mechanically possible to use all #0 bottom pin in a FSIC core, Schlage will not supply cores pinned this way.  Though most customers will choose to re-pin a 0-bitted core, many customers opt to use these as is, and this creates a problem:  0-bitted FSIC cores can be installed, but they cannot be removed.  The control key for a 0-bitted core simply slides out because the teeth on the key have nothing to grab.  1-bitting the cores ensures that even if these are not rekeyed, they can be both installed and removed right out of the box.
