Can a card have a different printed badge ID than what is encoded?

A customer can request to have an offset of a certain amount between the internal encoded ID and what's printed on the card. This can be requested on all Allegion credentials.

For example, if a customer requests an order of cards with a starting internal encoded badge ID of 1000 and they state the printed badge ID is offset by 50000, the printed badge ID will show "51000". This is actually an added security measure in case the card is stolen.  The true encoded badge ID will not be known.
