Cam screw loosening and falling off on modular cylinders.

There have been a few reported cases of the torx cam screw loosening on modular designs shipped prior to April 16th 2013.
History of cam screw changes:
Standard screw shipped July 27th to Sept 20th, 2010
Screw with Loctite added shipped Sept 21st to Sept 27th, 2010
Screw with Red Vibratite coating shipped between Sept 28th, 2010 and April 15th, 2013
Screw with Yellow patch shipping since April 16th, 2013
Solution is to replace with the new Yellow patch screw and follow the replacement method outlined in the instructions.
