AD-993 - Cylinder loose in lever - Spacer missing, Replacement Spacer.

Resolution:

In the cylindrical version of the AD-Series 993 locks, a spacer may be required for proper cylinder functionality. Affected cylinder types are PD / LD / RD / JD

If a customer is indicating that the cylinder does not seat properly in the lever when fully assembled and that the cylinder face is not flush with the lever, then this spacer is probably missing.

This is now an obsolete configuration. Any Customer reporting a situation like this should be strongly encourage to move to a steel lever configuration.
