390DEL MBS not functioning

If Magnetic Bond Sensor (MBS) is not changing states:
Ensure that MBS test is being performed by bonding to a properly aligned armature. 
The Bond sensor is calibrated to the mas of the armature at assembly.Testing the MBS by using smaller objects, tools and such will not trigger the MBS reliably if at all.
Verify the connector of the bond sensor is properly attached.
Low input voltage to the M390DEL may cause incorrect or un-reliable reporting of the MBS.
