The KR4023 mullion requires a 1-1/4" mortise cylinder with straight cam. This is stated in box 7 on the first page of the KR4023 mullion instructions.

There is not enough room to install two 6111 electric strikes back to back in 4854 mullion.
For non fire rated doors only the 1609 strike would be used on the inactive leaf that is flush/surface bolted or with a *surface or concealed vertical rod device on other door leaf.
Aluminum mullions 5654 or 5754 are not designed to accept any electric strike including 6300 surface mounted electric strike.
