What is the operational range of the LCN transmitter / receiver?
Solution ID
80737
Resolution
For the 433 MHz LCN transmitter /receiver - the clear line of site range is up to approximately 100-150 feet. This is clean air between transmitter and receiver.
If there is no clear line of site between transmitter and receiver then multiple factors will affect the operational range usually limiting to maximum of approximately 50 feet.
Notes
Please note -- normal location for an actuator is within 12' of center of opening. Consult other local building codes or accessibility requirements as needed.
