Can the same MT20W be used across multiple Engage sites if on same Engage account?

Resolution

No, you cannot. The MT20W can only be commissioned to one site at a time.

If you want to use it at a different site, you will need to delete the MT20W from the site its attached to, FDR (Factory Default) the MT20w and then recommission for the new site.

If on the same PC, you can reuse the Engage Desktop app. The Desktop App is not Site specific.
